CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

We have all gone through the soul-crushing neck pain at some point in our lives. It was either that we sat for too long for a pending task assigned to us, or we were too engrossed in doing what we love doing and not caring about time passing by. And so there you have it: a painful neck that’s about to fall off its hinges.

Medically, this pain often describes as Arthritis of Neck or Cervical Spondylosis in which our joints and disc present in our cervical spine located in our neck, affected badly. These discs lose water content or dehydrate and begin to shrink making the discs rub together painfully. It is extremely common. It gets worse with age because the cervical spine degenerates slowly with the passage of time. So it’s very common in old age.

The study shows that people over 60 years of age are 85% affected by cervical Spondylosis
